A few questions you might be holding
Is this coaching, healing, or therapy?
This work doesn’t sit neatly in one box. It’s a grounded, relational 1–1 container that weaves mentorship, nervous-system-led support, and intuitive healing. What matters most isn’t the method, it’s the safety, presence, and depth of the space we work in together.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?
No. Many people come at a turning point feeling unclear, conflicted, or unsure how to name what’s wrong. Part of this work is creating enough steadiness for clarity to emerge naturally.
What if I’ve already tried a lot of things?
That’s often why this work is effective. This container isn’t about doing more or trying harder, it’s about softening what’s been over-managed and listening to what’s been quiet underneath.
Is this intense or emotionally overwhelming?
The work is deep, but it’s not forceful. We move at a pace your system can actually integrate. Nothing is rushed, pushed, or re-lived unnecessarily.
How do I know if this is right for me?
If you’re quietly desperate, at a turning point, and tired of carrying everything alone and something in you feels recognised as you read this that’s usually your answer.
Will there be anything for me to do between sessions?
This container works best for those willing to engage between sessions. The practices offered are essential to integration and long-term change, and your willingness to meet them with honesty is part of the commitment.
Who this isn’t for
This container isn’t for everyone, and that’s intentional.
This work may not be right for you if you’re looking for a quick fix, a passive experience, or someone to tell you what to do. It also isn’t designed for those who want to outsource their healing or skip the work between sessions.
It’s not the right fit if you’re expecting constant reassurance, immediate answers, or a highly structured, prescriptive programme. This space values self-responsibility, honesty, and a willingness to stay present with what’s unfolding.
If you’re not ready to slow down, feel, or engage with your inner world in a grounded way, this container will likely feel uncomfortable or frustrating.
And if you’re currently in crisis or need urgent mental health support, this work is not a substitute for appropriate clinical care.
This container is for those who are willing to meet themselves, gently, consistently, and with integrity and who are ready to participate actively in their own process.
