Silent Counselling is a beautiful and gentle modality to help release and discharge pain caused by negative emotions and thought patterns using touch and breath. Using muscle testing, the meridian points around the body and specific breath work, together, we address the root cause of the issue and release. As the name suggests, you don't have to 're-live' past traumas and fears by talking through them. (We can talk through them but you don't have to if you can't)
By discharging and releasing this energetically, it aligns body and mind, giving the client clarity and the intensity of the issue is greatly reduced, if not gone.
Meditation is a mind and body practice that has a long history of use for increasing calmness and physical relaxation, improving psychological balance, coping with illness, and enhancing overall health and well-being.
