Well-being Sessions
When you book a session with The Good Life CIC, you’re agreeing to our Group Agreement – a few gentle guidelines that keep our space calm, kind, and nourishing for all.
Welcome, luminous soul. This is a gentle space for stillness, reflection, and deep inner rest. To honour the collective energy and protect the peaceful container we’re creating together, we ask all participants to
kindly agree to the following:
Silence is sacred.
Once the session begins, we hold a shared silence. This helps each of us drop into presence, and ensures the space remains calm and grounding for all.
Stillness is supportive.
Please remain as still as is comfortable during our practice. If you feel restless or uncomfortable, you're warmly welcome to step into the adjoining room for a few minutes and return when you're ready.
Respect for the collective.
This is a shared space. If ongoing movement, sounds, or behaviors become disruptive to the group experience, we may gently ask that a participant pause their attendance. This is never personal—it’s to uphold the energy and safety of the space for everyone.
Phones off, hearts open.
Please silence devices and arrive with an open mind. We’re all here to breathe, release, and reconnect.
