The group sessions bring us together, but sometimes you need a space that’s all yours. A place to pause, breathe, and gently explore what will support you most.

 

Mindful Moments with LJB are gentle one-to-one sessions where we slow things down, explore simple mindful practices, and create space for calm and clarity in your daily life.

 

These sessions aren’t about going faster, pushing harder, or achieving more. They’re about taking a breath, finding your ground, and leaving with practical tools you can use every day.


What you can expect

In your session, we might:

 

  • Practice a guided mindfulness or breathing exercise tailored to your needs

  • Create a “toolkit” you can use at home 

    or work

  • Optionally include gentle energy healing to support relaxation and release

  • Explore simple tools for reducing stress 

    and overwhelm

  • Talk through what’s on your mind in a supportive, non-judgemental space

 

 

Every session is personal, simple, and steady, 

no jargon, no pressure. 

Just mindful support in the way that feels right for you.

  • Length: 60 minutes (on Zoom or in-person by arrangement)

     

  • Price: £50 per session

     

  • Bundle: £180 for 4 sessions (to build a steady rhythm of support)

Our group sessions will always remain free and open to everyone. Mindful Moments with LJB are an optional extension for those who’d like more personal support, and the £50 community rate simply reflects the extra time and energy it takes to hold that one-to-one space.

Q: What happens in a session?

 

Each session is personal to you. We might do a guided mindfulness or breathing practice, talk through what’s on your mind, explore stress-release tools, or create a calm routine you can use at home. Q: How are these different from the free Good Life group sessions?
 

Group sessions give you shared community practice. Mindful Moments with LJB is one-to-one — which means everything is tailored to you, your pace, and your needs. It’s a quieter, more personal space.


Q: Is this the same as your private 1:1 work?
 

No — my private programmes are transformational and designed for leaders and visionaries at a very different level of depth. Mindful Moments with LJB is a separate community offer, focused on gentle, everyday support and calm.


Q: How do I book?

Q: Do I need to have any experience with mindfulness?
 

Not at all. These sessions are designed to be simple and accessible — whether you’re brand new to mindfulness or already practice regularly.


Q: How much does it cost?
 

Sessions are £50, or £180 for a bundle of four. This is a special community-supported rate, available only to participants of The Good Life.


Q: What if I’m nervous about trying energy healing?
 

That’s completely fine. Energy healing is always optional. If you’d like to include it, it’s a gentle, relaxing process where you simply rest while I hold space for your body and mind to release tension. If you’d prefer not to, the session will simply focus on mindfulness and practical tools.
