1. Do I need any experience with mindfulness?

Nope. This course is designed for complete beginners and for anyone who’s tried mindfulness before and thought, “well, that was boring.” If you can breathe, you can do this.

2. I don’t have much time. Will this fit into my life?

Absolutely. Most practices are 3–15 minutes, and you can choose what works for you. Think of it like little top-ups of calm rather than big chunks of homework.

3. Do I need special equipment?

No incense, no cushions, no chanting (unless you fancy it). Just you, a comfy spot, maybe a cuppa.

4. What if my mind wanders all the time?

Perfect. That means you’re human. Wandering is part of mindfulness. Every time you notice you’ve drifted and come back, that is the practice. There’s no failing here.

 

5. Where does my money go?
